A huge milestone for us today.

Our signage is officially going up on the building as we speak, and seeing The Selby Team name on the front of our new office is a pretty surreal moment.

After months of planning, demo, construction, dust, decisions, and watching this vision slowly come together, we are officially moving in this week.

The inside is nearly complete, the furniture is built, and while there are still some final touches ahead, the office is ready to come to life.

This space means a lot to us. Normal Heights and Adams Avenue have been a huge part of our story for many years, and we’re incredibly excited to continue building deeper roots in a community we care so much about.

Keep an eye out for us around the neighborhood, and once we’re settled in, come stop by, grab a coffee, and say hello. We’d love to see you.

We’re getting close. Really close.

The floors are officially complete, all the painting has been finished, and the lights are starting to go in. Over the next couple of weeks, we’ll be installing the kitchen and beginning furniture deliveries as the space finally starts feeling like a real office instead of a construction project.

It’s been incredible watching this place transform step by step into what we envisioned for The Selby Team’s new home in Normal Heights.

At this point, we’re hoping to begin working out of the office by the end of May, and we’re excited to officially announce our Grand Opening on July 16th.

So… save the date.

We’ll share more details as we get closer, but we’re looking forward to opening the doors, celebrating with our community, and starting this next chapter together.

We’re about 2–3 weeks away from the space being mostly complete, with exterior signage still to come after that.

Exciting times ahead, and we can’t wait to show everyone the finished product.
