Our most recent sale at 4232 Arden Way was a success! This was a 'fix and flip" project that we sold in less than 5 months from acquisition. Before finishing the remodel, with just a photo of the front of the house, we listed it on Compass "Private Exclusive" and a fellow Compass agent brought us a buyer. We ended up closing at a significantly higher than even we expected at the beginning of the project. Shout out to .mcmahonn and for their help on the project

With Coronado now also experiencing closures, this issue is growing—and yet, there’s finally progress.
đź’µ On March 22, 2024, the federal government added $156 million to the budget specifically to address the crisis.
🏗️ Mexico has started work on its treatment plant too.
👏 Local groups, activists, and elected leaders have pushed hard for this—and it's working.
As a Chula Vista resident and real estate broker, I’m hopeful. I believe Imperial Beach has major long-term upside once the water is safe again.

After completion of , The Chula Vista Bayfront Master Plan has taken steps forward with a potential new project. The Port of San Diego has granted an exclusive negotiating agreement with a development team for “Pangaea”. This massive project aims to breathe new life into the old 124 acre South Bay Power Plant site with everything from a dedicated tennis academy and a PopStroke mini-golf venue to new hotels, an IMAX theater, and 300,000 sq ft of new retail. Amara Bay, a huge 1500 unit condo project is also in the permitting process. So these 3 projects; , Amara Bay Condos and now Pangaea if approved will make up a brand new bayfront.
