Did you know: Minnesotaā€™s DUI Laws recently changed šŸšØ

Hereā€™s whatā€™s new:
šŸ” Revocation periods are getting longer for repeat offenders.
šŸ”’ Ignition interlock use is expanding. Depending on your history, you may need to use the device for: 2 years for one prior offense, 6 years for two offenses, 10 years for three or more offenses.
šŸ•’ The lookback period for prior offenses has doubledā€”from 10 to 20 years.
But hereā€™s the nuance: this only applies to first and second offenses. Once someone reaches a third offense in their lifetime, the lookback period no longer matters.
