The MN Supreme Court just REVERSED the more serious of Mohamed Noor's two murder convictions!

The Court found that Noor did not have the mental state (Deprived Mind) required to be convicted of 3rd Degree Murder because his actions were directed at an individual person, Justine Ruszczyk in 2017.

Although this conviction was reversed, Noor is still being held responsible for her death. He will now return to court to be resentenced on the less serious conviction of 2nd Degree Manslaughter.

Felony Fleeing in a Motor Vehicle charges Dismissed based on Double Jeopardy!

A Hennepin County Judge agreed with Defense that; even if a police pursuit crosses multiple county lines, it can only be prosecuted in 1 county! The county that was allowed to prosecute my client agreed to keep it off his criminal and driving records. Great start to my client's weekend!

Starting 2021 off right - I received a Hennepin County Court Order DISMISSING ALL CHARGES related to a 2nd Degree, Gross Misdemeanor DWI! The Minneapolis officer illegally stopped my client so all evidence is suppressed and the case DISMISSED!
