Meet the Team: Jennifer Randlett Madden

Jennifer helps employers and higher education institutions navigate workplace issues with practical, strategic guidance. Her practice includes employment counseling, litigation, workplace investigations, Title IX matters, and day-to-day advice for public and private employers.

Jennifer works closely with clients to build proactive employment programs, manage risk, and respond effectively when claims arise. She also brings deep Sacramento roots and a strong commitment to the community, including service on the Board of 3Strands Global Foundation and as the General Counsel to the Board of the Sacramento Metro Chamber.
