ℹ️ ABOUT GARRETT TERRY 🔦
Garrett Terry is our 2026 Summer Marketing Intern at M&D Companies, where he supports initiatives spanning all four business entities, including M&D Real Estate, M&D CRE, M&D General Contracting, and M&D Property Management.
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing at the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University, Garrett recently completed his sophomore year and is gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. In his role, he assists with a wide range of marketing efforts, including social media content creation, graphic design, video production, and brand promotion across multiple platforms.
Garrett also supports M&D’s CRM and lead management systems through lead entry and assignment coordination, helping ensure a seamless experience for both clients and agents. In addition, he is expanding his expertise in digital marketing through hands-on experience with SEO (Search Engine Optimization), AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), while assisting in the creation of new content pages designed to strengthen M&D Real Estate’s digital presence and visibility.
Passionate about marketing, business growth, and learning emerging strategies, Garrett brings creativity, adaptability, and a strong work ethic to the M&D team as he continues building a foundation for a future career in marketing. Outside of work and school, he enjoys staying active in the gym, playing sports, and spending time with friends and family.
