What a FUN day we had yesterday at the Annual Rockwall Ebby Halliday Chili Cookoff! 🌶️🔥

It was an incredible day celebrating our community while raising money for our local Meals on Wheels! From 23 delicious chilis and 16 amazing desserts to thousands of dollars raised and way too many laughs to count - it was a day to remember!

THANK YOU to everyone who came out, supported the event, made chili or dessert, judged, donated, and helped make the day such a success. Your generosity and support mean so much to our community. ❤️

I will never forget where I was 25 years ago when I first saw the news that morning. I was home, watching the Today Show, and talking to my sister on the phone- a moment that, like so many others, has stayed with me ever since.

Today, we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, honor the heroes who answered the call, and reflect on the courage, compassion, and unity shown in the face of tragedy.

May we always remember those we lost, those who served, and the countless sacrifices made that day and in the years that followed.🇺🇸
