I know it's tempting to jump straight into showings, but getting pre-approved helps you understand exactly what you can afford and puts you in a much stronger position when it's time to make an offer.

Think of it this way: house hunting is a lot more fun when you know you're looking at homes that fit your budget.

Good agents aren't hard to find...if you know where to look.

Before you hire a real estate agent, do your homework. Read reviews. Ask for referrals. Look at their experience, communication style, and track record.

Buying or selling a home is too important to leave to chance.
