Mercer County market update 📍

The market is continuing to stay active across Mercer County, with inventory rising and motivated buyers still making moves.

Here’s what we’re seeing right now:
• 807 homes currently on the market
• Median home price: $460K
• Average days on market: 43 days
• Homes selling in under 30 days are averaging 103% of asking price
• Buyer activity increased 6.1% from last month

For sellers, well-prepared and well-priced homes are continuing to attract strong interest.

For buyers, more inventory means more opportunities and options entering the market compared to previous months.
