Ayesha Hamilton, Esq. is an experienced employment lawyer representing employees who are about to get fired or who have been fired for some type of discrimination. She also represents employers who are being sued by former or current employees to provide advice, counsel and litigation services. Ayesha also represents businesses in their B2B disputes or internal partnership issues. She spends a lot of time with each client, explaining the law as it applies to their particular facts, detailing the implications of entering into litigation, allowing the client to make an informed decision and ensuring that there are no avoidable surprises. Ayesha Hamilton is also an elected Councilwoman in West Windsor, New Jersey, serving a term that expires on December 31, 2019. She is the immediate past chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Solo/Small Firm Section and serves on the NJSBA’s Diversity Committee. She is a frequent presenter at NJ ICLE and NJSBA programs for continuing legal education. Ayesha also serves as a panel chair and arbitrator for the NJ Supreme Court District VII Fee Arbitration Committee.
