Most agents look at offer terms. We look at your whole financial picture.
One of our recent buyers had a decision to make – close at the end of the month or push to the beginning of the next. On paper, closing sooner looked better. But when we dug into what was actually happening in his life, we realized an end-of-month close meant he’d be paying his current rent AND his first mortgage payment at the same time.
