Sometimes finding the right home starts before you even get to town. 🏡✨
Our sweet buyers were preparing for a move to Portland, so we started their home search from afar — touring homes together via FaceTime and getting very clear on what mattered most.

What’s actually happening in the Portland real estate market? 🏡 Here’s your July snapshot.

Inventory ticked up to 3.3 months, giving buyers a little more to choose from, while homes spent an average of 54 days on the market. July also saw 2,167 closed sales — up 8.1% from July 2025.

And despite all the talk about changing home prices? The median sale price held steady at $555,000 compared with July of last year.

The takeaway: the market is moving, but every neighborhood — and every home — tells a slightly different story.
