We've watched families thrive in one and quietly regret not choosing the other. The difference usually comes down to three things people don't check closely enough before making an offer:

📍 Commute routes (the drive to Nike, Intel's Ronler Acres, or the Sunset Corridor looks very different on a Tuesday at 8am than it does on Google Maps)
