Ran a really good master bathroom consultation today.

The homeowners want to keep a bathtub, but this layout has a few different ways it could go.

Option A: remove the big whirlpool bath tub and create one large walk-in shower.

Option B: keep the tub where it is and redesign the separate shower/toilet room.

A really strong offer came in this morning, and we're working through the final details now.

Nothing is official yet.

The seller has until tomorrow at noon to respond.

PART 1

This is what happens when project control disappears.

Three contractors.

Money spent.

Work unfinished.

City involved.
