CASE DISMISSED! Assault Family Violence, Class A Misdemeanor, Collin County. Mutual fight, not a crime, and neither person involved had any history of involvement with police or the system. CASE DISMISSED. Assault Impeding Airway, Family Violence, 3rd Degree Felony, Collin County. The victim was very clear on body cam that no impeding of his breath or blood occurred when he described the incident to an officer on scene. The officer just arrested him anyway without probable cause. The arrest summary did not state probable cause, but the grand jury just indicted him anyway. My client, who has been unable to find work due this arrest, is very grateful to those who helped get this wrongful charge dismissed.

When I start my workday, I look at my list of my assault cases in Collin County and figure out what I can do on each case that day to move it towards the goal I have established with my client.
