A hardworking city employee came to The Crowder Law Firm facing one of the most heinous accusations a person can face. He maintained his innocence, and we prepared to fight for him.

What starts as a difficult divorce can quickly become a criminal prosecution when false allegations enter the courtroom.

Our client was falsely accused of Aggravated Sexual Assault during a contentious divorce and custody battle. The accusations threatened not only his freedom, but also his relationship with his children, his reputation, and everything he had built.
