Si te vienen a para haga esto:

1) verifican el ID de ICE antes de dicir su information personal. No ofreces información personal.

2) Si te muestran el ID válido diles que estás aquí legal.

3) Si te piden un ID diles que tienes abogada - y dales mi tarjeta y diles que me hablan a mi si quieren obtener más información.

4) Si te insisten en un ID siempre muestra primero el ID de estado. Si dicen que quieren algo más, diles que tienen que hablar con migo que yo llevo su caso.

5) Ten alguien en su familia que tiene mi información y prepárate para por se casó te arestan. 480-208-1441.

Wow. Doesn’t surprise me with what I have been dealing with on a daily basis. ICE agents are not being trained, not doing their job and because the requirements are you just have to be a human who’s breathing, they will give you a badge and a gun… repulsive behavior by the US Government. I’m praying for our country and for the people who are suppose to be leading it.

The couple was trying to enjoy a birthday cruise with more than a dozen other friends and family when ICE agents stormed their room, they told 12News.

Update on USCIS / Immigration Court Hearings and Appointments.

Before you attend any interviews, fingerprint appointments, Court hearings, or any check ins or appointments with ICE, please speak with an immigration attorney to check your records first. If you don’t speak with me, please call an immigration attorney, not a notary.

You run the risk of being arrested while attending your appointments in good faith. Don’t go unless you check first. That is my advice to EVERYONE.
