Bonnie Kingcannon entered the property management arena in 2001 as a leasing consultant and shortly after leveraged her skills and talent in the position of Community Manager over-seeing 189 unit apartment community. During that time Bonnie was honored numerous awards for her success including, Assistant Property Manager of the Year (Year), AMA Team Member of the year Finalist, and “Top Shop” Recognition. In addition, at just 23 years old, she was chosen by her Regional Manager to manage several distressed properties where Bonnie succeeded in boosting yearly NOI figures and occupancy by 20%. In 2008, Bonnie fulfilled a career goal and obtained her Arizona Realtors License and started her own Residential Property Management company. In less than 12 months, she built her portfolio of managed single-family homes to 75 and has since tripled that number. Bonnie uses her extensive skills and experience in all aspects of managing the properties, the tenants, and the owner’s expectations.
