Wild meme, but let’s break this down 😂 What actually happens in Arizona if someone knowingly gives another person an STD?

Arizona does not have one specific law that criminalizes every instance of knowingly transmitting an STD. That does not mean the conduct is automatically legal.

Depending on the circumstances, intentionally or recklessly infecting someone could potentially lead to assault charges under A.R.S. § 13-1203. If the infection causes serious physical injury, the consequences could be even more severe.

Arizona also makes it a class 2 misdemeanor to knowingly expose others to a contagious or infectious disease in a public place under A.R.S. § 36-631.

And if you’re recruiting someone else to do the infecting? That could potentially create an entirely different issue involving solicitation. So, yes, she may be joking—but deliberately using an STD to harm someone could be treated as a crime. Maybe just block your ex like a normal person 💁🏻‍♂️😂
