Mapping out the day. Box Breathing. 💨 Visualizing completing the tasks in front of me today and knowing that regular voluntary hardship strengthens mind, spirit, and body. ⚔️ Walking in this morning fasted (36th hour), calm, and ready. 🦅
Mistakes will happen. Disappointments are always part of reality. But going into the day with intention and a plan helps because:
