40 years of hard work, tens of thousands of homes sold, countless lessons learned, and still so much love for this city and the people in it.
Summer of 2026 marks 40 years in real estate for Mike McCann “The Real Estate Man.” In that time, he’s accomplished so much more than helping people buy and sell homes.
He’s helped countless scared first-time buyers land the home.
He’s found grants for people in tough situations so they could afford housing and get back on their feet.
He has helped people build wealth and gain financial freedom.
He’s seen people through the highs and lows of life: growing families, cross country moves, marriages, divorces, new jobs, loss of a loved one, a global pandemic, economic downturns, and so much more.
He’s helped people build businesses of their own.
And he’s shared every ounce of knowledge he has learned along the way.
It’s hard to condense 4 decades of work down to one instagram caption, but Mike and Cyndi have done so much more than build a real estate team and sell a few homes over the years. They’ve recruited strong agents with the right mindset and intentionally built a team of administrators to support both the agents and their clients, while also creating meaningful career opportunities for talented admins to grow within the organization. Based on the mindset that you’re only as strong as your weakest player, the team curates an environment to collaborate and share knowledge.
We’ve decided to dedicate the next 40 days to showing our appreciation for the man that started it all! We can’t divulge all of our secrets yet, but stay tuned to see what we have in store for “The Real Estate Man.” 💪😎
