Jay Fraiser, Partner at Moorhead Law Group, recently presented a two-hour class, “What Every Realtor Must Know About Florida Condominium Closings,” to approximately 50 members of the Pensacola Association of Realtors. Key aspects of Florida condominium law related to residential closings were covered, including financial disclosures, milestone inspections, structural integrity reserve studies, estoppel issues, and common transaction pitfalls that can impact buyers and sellers. Florida condo law continues to evolve, and staying informed of statutory changes is critical for Realtors. The goal was to provide practical, transaction-focused guidance that helps agents identify issues early to better serve their clients.
