Missed the 60-Day SSDI Appeal Deadline? You May Still Have Options.
If your Social Security Disability claim was denied, you generally have 60 days to appeal. But if you miss that deadline, your case may not be over.
Social Security may accept a late appeal for “good cause” in situations such as:

✔️ A death in the immediate family
✔️ Not receiving the denial notice on time
✔️ Other circumstances that prevented you from filing
The key is to act quickly and explain what happened clearly.
If you missed your SSDI or SSI appeal deadline, The Good Law Group can help you understand your options and keep your case moving.
