Through Runway to Hope, their focus has remained on children battling pediatric cancer — and on the families whose lives are changed alongside them.

That mission continues to evolve, from immediate family assistance to a broader Family Wellness Program supporting the financial, emotional and overall well-being of families, as well as new collaborations such as the Runway to Hope Fertility Preservation Program with Nemours Children’s Health.

There's a version of success that stops at the courtroom door. That's never been enough for Mark NeJame.

Everything people know about me — the courtroom, the firm, the fight — started in a duplex in Orlando with the two women who raised me.

My mother worked two jobs. My grandmother took us in without asking a single question. We're of Lebanese heritage, and we called her Sitto — Arabic for grandmother.

She led mostly by example: if someone can't stand up for themselves, you stand up for them. You don't ask why. You show up.

Showing up for people isn't a duty. It's the whole job.
