Today we're celebrating two people who've become such an important part of this team — not just for what they do, but for who they are.
TRISTAN | 5 YEARS
We asked the team to describe Tristan, and the same words kept coming back: Hardworking. Determined. Kind. Loyal. Steady. The guy who's always willing to help, easy to talk to, and genuinely cares about the people around him.
Five years in, we've watched him grow professionally, personally, and into a life that's been a joy to watch take shape. Traveling with Tristan and Kenzie, shooting, laughing, doing fun things together... we're grateful for every memory and even more excited for the ones still ahead.

WILL | 3 YEARS
Ask the team about Will and you'll hear it immediately: great dad, husband, mentor, friend. The hardest-working guy in the room who brings that same energy home. He's generous with his time and what he knows, leads with charity, and teaches his kids the things that matter by living them out loud.
Honest. Competitive. Curious. Always learning. And the care he gives his clients is something this whole team notices and respects.
Will doesn't tell people how to show up. He just shows up, every single day, and lets that do the talking.
