Artaev at Law PLLC The traditional “old-school” law firm does not work for the modern business owner. He is a 2003 graduate of Saint Joseph High School in Saint Joseph, Michigan.

We are a 100% remote law firm for today’s high-tech world, offering services in business law, gaming/mobile apps, crypto, tax, tech, and more. Dan is an accomplished and experienced business attorney who knows how to do things the right way to further his clients’ goals. After graduating summa cm laude from MSU Law in 2010, Dan worked as an Assistant Attorney General and represented various state

agencies in labor-related matters. Dan then moved to the Metro Detroit area and transitioned to private practice, focusing on high-stakes commercial litigation in both state and federal courts. In his most recent work for a Northville-based business firm, Dan assisted owners with real estate, asset and stock sales, NDAs, and employment contracts. Dan also used his experience in both the private and public sectors to help healthcare and other licensees to successfully navigate and resolve administrative actions filed by the State of Michigan. Dan is a fluent native Russian speaker, and is conversant in German and Spanish. He obtained dual majors in Economics and German from Kalamazoo College, where he was also a 4-year member of the storied NCAA Division III men’s tennis team. Outside of his law practice, Dan enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and a special-needs cat named Maxim. Dan retired from tennis due to injury, but is now an avid triathlete and runner who competes in as many local races as he can. Dan is a technology addict, gamer of everything, and amateur brew master.

When the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court come to different conclusions about the scope of your property conveyance documents...you probably didn't do it right.
