Another step forward for Balbino! ✅

Balbino received his employment authorization through his marriage-based adjustment of status case while he waits for his USCIS interview.

The work permit is not the end of the process, but it is an important benefit while his green card case continues moving forward.

Congratulations on this step, Balbino, now we keep moving toward the interview! 🇺🇸

¡Otro paso adelante para Balbino! ✅

Ten years later… and we get to celebrate with Miguel again! 🎉

We helped Miguel obtain his first green card 10 years ago through a case that required working with both Immigration Court and USCIS. Today, he came back to our office to pick up his renewed green card, valid for another 10 years.

For now, Miguel has decided to wait a little longer before applying for citizenship so he can qualify for the English-language exemption available to certain longtime permanent residents, even though his English is pretty good! 😊

One of the best parts of this work is being able to walk with our clients through different stages of their immigration journey.

Congratulations, Miguel! 🇺🇸

Diez años después… ¡y hoy volvemos a celebrar con Miguel! 🎉

A careful review of form N-400 review can help you prepare with more confidence.

When filing, refiling, or responding to USCIS, review what may need closer attention in the record.

Travel history, taxes, missing documents, criminal history, prior immigration issues, inconsistent information, or a previous denial may affect how an N-400 should be prepared.

No N-400 should be filed without reviewing the records.

Before filing, refiling, or responding to USCIS, it may help to speak with a naturalization lawyer if your case involves travel, taxes, missing records, criminal history, prior immigration issues, inconsistent information, or a previous denial.

The goal is to understand what may need closer attention before choosing the next step.

When should you speak with a naturalization lawyer?

Before filing, refiling, or responding to USCIS, legal review may help if something in your record needs closer attention.

That may include prior immigration history, travel concerns, criminal history, tax issues, missing documents, inconsistent information, or a prior denial.

If your situation needs case-specific review, schedule a consultation with Quijano Law:
