Yesterday, Metzger Rosta, LLP and Connell Michael, LLP filed four civil lawsuits on behalf of families whose young children were sexually abused while attending Main Street University 4Kidz in Brownsburg, Indiana.

These lawsuits seek accountability for the failures that allowed this abuse to occur and aim to secure the resources these children and families will need for years to come.

No child should ever be harmed in a place where parents were promised safety, care, and trust.

We are committed to pursuing justice for these families and helping ensure that failures to protect children are never ignored.

We are proud to announce that Taylor M. Horn has been admitted to the Indiana Bar and sworn in as an attorney.

Taylor joined Metzger Rosta LLP in December 2024 as a paralegal while completing law school and preparing for the bar exam. She has now transitioned into her role as an Associate Attorney, where her practice focuses on education law, civil litigation, and insurance defense.
