✈️🏔️ Salt Lake City, I’m coming for you this October!

I’m so excited to be heading to eXpcon in Salt Lake City this October for my very first real estate conference!

I’m looking forward to learning, making new connections, bringing home fresh ideas, and growing in ways that will help me better serve my clients and build my business.

And I have to say, one of the things I’m MOST excited about is getting to see Gary Vaynerchuk speak! I’ve followed so much of what he teaches about business, marketing, mindset, and putting in the work, so getting to hear him in person is going to be pretty incredible.

I have a feeling this trip is going to light a whole new fire under me, and I’m ready for it. 🔥🏡

If you've been waiting for mortgage rates to drop before buying a home, it's worth looking at what has actually happened over the last few years.

At the end of 2022: 6.42%
At the end of 2023: 6.61%
At the end of 2024: 6.85%
At the end of 2025: 6.15%
Today in 2026: approximately 6.67%

For nearly four years, buyers have been hearing some version of the same prediction: rates should come down.

They've moved. They've gone up, they've come back down, and they've bounced around along the way. But the significant drop many buyers have been waiting for hasn't happened.

That doesn't mean everyone should rush out and buy a house. It means your decision probably shouldn't depend entirely on trying to predict what mortgage rates will do next.

If you find the right home and the payment works for you today, you know exactly what you're getting. And if rates eventually fall enough to make refinancing worthwhile, you can explore that option then.

Buy when the numbers make sense for your life, not when someone finally gets the interest-rate forecast right.

One of my favorite things about real estate is getting to appreciate the little details and the character that make a home unique. 🏡❤️

And I have to say, there is just something about a beautiful, old fashioned wooden front door with tons of character that gets me every time.
A great front door can completely change the personality of a home. It adds warmth, charm, history, and that little extra something that makes you want to know what’s waiting on the other side.

To me, curb appeal doesn’t always have to be brand new or perfectly modern. Sometimes it’s the timeless details, the craftsmanship, and a gorgeous wooden door that has a story to tell.
Give me character over boring any day. 😍🚪🏡
