We're pleased to welcome Pranav Katti as an litigation associate in our office.

Pranav represents businesses, creators, and innovators in copyright, trademark, patent, and commercial disputes. His clients have ranged from photographers, authors, and designers to consumer goods and technology companies, and he has litigated high-stakes IP matters against some of the world's largest technology companies.

A graduate of Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Pranav is also a registered patent attorney with a B.S. in chemical engineering from Lehigh University — a technical foundation that strengthens the firm's ability to handle complex patent matters across industries.

A $2.75 million settlement between The Walt Disney Company and the California Attorney General is a wake-up call for businesses navigating today's complex data privacy landscape.
