Thanks for coming Sanctuary for Families! Last week, our organizations partnered for a presentation on SFF's summer teen program: Camp Hope (a sleepaway camp for youth impacted by domestic violence). When our organizations work together and meet clients where they are, we help ensure that all survivors can access the care resources they need to reclaim their power.

Thank you to Columbia University WILP for hosting last week's panel on women's rights through a legal and policy lens. We were thrilled to have DVP's own family law attorney Laiba Asad join Maryam Mohammed-Miller, MPA of Planned Parenthood of Greater New York , and Allegra Fishel of Gender Equality Law Center. It was an incredible discussion on a timely, crucial topic that speaks to the civil freedoms of survivors across our city and state.

Grateful to be part of this conversation and to everyone who came out to attend!

Thank you for having us Voces Latinas!

Check out some highlights from our workshop this past weekend, “Immigration and Survivors of Domestic Violence”.

Now more than ever, it's critical that our organizations work together, ensuring that immigrant survivors know their legal options. In the face of so much fear and uncertainty, knowledge is the best defense.

Hope to see you there!
