You never know what you're going to find when you go look at a house.

We came across this MASSIVE satellite dish in the backyard and had to get a picture. We’ve seen a lot of interesting things in and around houses over the years, but this one definitely caught our attention.

Anybody else remember when these giant dishes were a thing? 😂

🏚️ New Project Coming in Bayou St. John!

We just put this property under contract, and this one is going to be a full renovation from top to bottom.

The house needs work inside and out, but that’s exactly the kind of project we enjoy taking on. There’s a lot to do, and we’re looking forward to seeing what this property can become.

🏡 Closing #1 for August!

This one was a long time coming.

The property had some succession issues that needed to be worked through before we could get to the closing table. It took patience and persistence from everyone involved, but in the end, we got it done—and most importantly, the seller was happy with the outcome.

Not every real estate transaction is simple. Sometimes you just have to stick with it and work through the obstacles.

Another one closed in Jefferson Parish! 🔑
