We located this abandoned 16 unit apartment building in Gretna that's been collecting dust, mold, and pests for years. Seller is relieved that we can take this burden off their shoulders. Closing is in a few month and will begin renovations shortly after. Looking for a good general contractor and tradesmen. Any suggestions?
