🚨 USCIS Processing Delays Update 🚨

As of April 27, 2026, USCIS has implemented a new security vetting process that is delaying final decisions on many pending immigration cases.

✅ Interviews are still moving forward in most cases
✅ Most applicants will NOT need new biometrics appointments
⏳ However, approvals are being delayed while updated background checks are completed

⚠️ Delays could last several months, and there may be increased scrutiny of past arrests or records, even if they did not result in convictions.

🟢 One of our clients also received their Permanent Resident Card and is officially holding their Green Card in their hands. We are incredibly happy to be part of this life‑changing milestone.

✈️ We were especially overjoyed to celebrate Verbo’s son finally arriving from the Philippines as a Legal Permanent Resident after consular processing. Moments like these remind us why we do this work — reuniting families and opening the door to new beginnings. 💙
