This one came with a tight timeline and a few unexpected hurdles along the way — but we got it DONE! 🏡🔑
My buyers were coordinating the sale of their current home while trying to close on their next property, so timing was absolutely critical. As if that wasn’t enough, we also had to work through HOA insurance issues that needed to be resolved to satisfy underwriting guidelines before we could get the clear to close.
