Yes… your dishwasher needs a bath too. Food buildup slows things down and can leave your “clean” dishes looking suspicious. 😅

👍 Trim trees & shrubs away from the house
Overgrown branches can scrape your roof, damage siding, and give critters a VIP entrance straight into your attic.

Memorial Day is a time to gather with family, enjoy the long weekend, and also take a moment to remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. ❤️

As a veteran myself, this day has always carried a special meaning for me. It’s a reminder of the courage, sacrifice, and selflessness of those who never made it home, and of the families who continue to carry their legacy forward.

Today, may we slow down just enough to reflect, be grateful for the freedoms we enjoy, and honor the heroes who made them possible.

Make sure your grass is getting the water… not your driveway, sidewalk, or your neighbor’s dog. 🐶

👍 Start pest control prevention
The bugs are back and apparently think your house is a vacation rental. Time to take that listing down.

👎 Don’t invite bugs to move in rent-free… they never leave

Your April homeowner must-dos:
👍 Service your lawn equipment - Before you fire it up for the first mow, give it a little TLC. Fresh gas, clean filters, sharpened blades… your yard will thank you (and so will your mower).

👍 Inspect window and door screens - Spring air is great. Bugs… not so much. Check for tears now so you can enjoy those open windows without uninvited guests.

👍 Check yard drainage and low spots - April showers are great for flowers… not so great for puddles around your foundation. Make sure water is flowing away from your home like it should.
