Did you know that the Hosta plant is actually an annual, but if you take great care to cover it with a nice layer of mulch and keep a little water on it, it can often survive winters in Oklahoma? TNicholas Homes LLC did great with the December weather and holiday schedules. We made like a Hosta and got through the typically dormant season for our industry. We gained two new clients, and now we have a wide variety of rental homes that we take care of, including, multi-family and single residential properties. Here's to a great year of 2024. We can't wait to see what this year holds, because we ended 2023 with a bang.
