One of the biggest questions I get in Real Estate is buyers asking me how much they need for cash to buy a home?

Every situation is different, however for a lot of buyers you can buy a home with little to almost absolutely nothing out of pocket.

I closed a deal last week that was $2200 total out of pocket for my buyers and several that have closed with less than $500 total out of pocket!

Far less than first months rent and deposit of a rental!

Also, some of these programs work for lower credit scores (as low as 600 now!!

Wrapped up the sale of two houses this week. One being the historic Nelson house on behalf of the city of Muskegon.

And two listings. 10acres in fruitport and coming up one in spring lake!
