Today I walked a room through why PREMIERE isn’t just another team — it’s an ownership engine. We showed agents how multiple revenue streams (commission splits, revenue share, Real stock awards, REMLO mortgage income, and member equity) turn a license into long-term wealth instead of a paycheck-to-paycheck hustle. The difference is simple: keep more of every deal, leverage technology and mentorship to scale deals per year, and own the companies and assets that multiply your upside.

If you’re an agent tired of being a contractor and ready to think like a CEO of your business, here are three action steps:

- Run the numbers: schedule a one-on-one to map your last 12 months into the PREMIERE model.

Are you in demand… or just on demand?

There’s a big difference:

ON DEMAND:
You’re reacting.
Answering every call.
Chasing every lead.
Letting everyone else set your schedule, your pace, your priorities.
You’re available, but you’re not valued.

IN DEMAND:
You’ve built credibility.
You’ve built results.
You’ve built a reputation.
People seek you out.
Opportunities find you.
Your time becomes a privilege, not an expectation.

One is survival.
The other is leadership.
One drains you.
The other rewards you.

If you want to be in demand, you have to do the work most people never stay consistent long enough to finish:
Sharpen your skills.
Build systems.
Show results.
Hold standards.
Protect your time like your life depends on it—because your future does.

When you raise your value, you don’t have to chase.
You attract.

As a local real estate professional, I’ve learned that some of the most meaningful conversations don’t happen in open houses or on Zoom… they happen across coffee shop counters, boutique storefronts, and small business tables.

Meeting with local business owners, hearing why they do what they do, and sharing their stories with our community has been one of the most rewarding parts of my career. It’s not about listings or commissions — it’s about showing up for the people who make our neighborhoods special.

Through these interviews, I’ve built a strong referral network rooted in trust, collaboration, and genuine relationships. And that’s what helped me become known in my market — not as “just another agent,” but as the Local Expert who champions the businesses, families, and entrepreneurs that make this place feel like home.

They say the days are long, but the years are short… and I’m feeling that more than ever lately.

Teenagers. They’re caught in this wild in-between—still your babies, but growing up so fast you can almost see it happening in real time.
One moment they’re asking you to tuck them in…
The next, they’re pulling away just enough to remind you that you won’t always be their whole world.

That’s why I’ve been soaking up every bit of quality time I can.
Kayak rides, late-night talks, spontaneous road trips, even just sharing a meal without phones in hand.
Because these are the moments that build bridges in a season when it’s easy to drift.

It’s not always perfect.
But it’s worth everything.
Because at the end of the day, no title, goal, or business win will ever matter more than being present for the people who matter most.

If you’re in the thick of the teenage years too—lean in.
Not every moment is Instagram-worthy, but every second counts.

I said this to a leader recently…😳

“I’m going to pour water on you. And you’re either going to grow... or you’re going to drown.”

It sounds harsh.
But it’s the truth. And truth, when it comes from love, is still leadership.

Because here’s what I’ve learned after coaching, mentoring, and walking alongside hundreds of agents over the years:

Not everyone wants growth.
Many people say they want to level up.
But the minute the work gets uncomfortable, the accountability kicks in, or the mirror gets held up—some shrink. Some run.
Some drown.

And I get it. Growth requires discomfort.
But the water I pour? It’s meant to nourish, not drown you.
It’s meant to soften the soil so you can break through the surface.
So you can rise. Stretch. Root yourself in something bigger.

And if you’re coachable, accountable, and resilient—you’ll grow faster than you ever thought possible.

So here’s what I won’t do:
I won’t beg you to show up for your own dreams.
I won’t apologize for setting high standards.
And I won’t water down the truth to make you more comfortable.

Because I see who you can become—and I’m not here to babysit your potential.
I’m here to activate it.

So if you’re under my mentorship, leadership, or in my space, know this:
I will pour into you. I will speak life into you. I will challenge you.
And I will absolutely hold you accountable to the version of you that you said you wanted to become.

The question is:
Will you grow… or will you drown?

Your roots. Your responsibility.
