🤩 Big news from our July monthly meeting…
Our office is officially PENDING! 🖊️
And again — Modern Market isn’t going anywhere. 😉
We’re just simply shifting to a more virtual model!
We’re downsizing in physical office space, but upsizing in technology and training. 💥
We have the best people around, and our goal has always been the same, train well, utilize technology to be more efficient and be able to pay our agents well. When work is simplified, it’s all around easier to show up for our families and serve our clients.
We know not everyone likes a virtual model, or understands it. Some prefer an office setting but those who rather work from home- now we can’t ever go back 🙌🏼 —- we’re excited for what’s to come and the people we get to do this with! 🫶🏼
What’s great is we still get together when we want or need to - but it’s never required 😍
