Income Tax Season is just around the Corner. Tax Returns.

I begin Official Operations for the 2017 Tax Season on January 23, 2017. Please note that the Internal Revenue Service Does Not process returns prior to January 23, 2017, however, if you wish you utilize my Tax Preparation Services prior to that date, you will be Officially Submitted to the IRS Immediately upon their Date of Acceptance on a First Come, First Serve basis. Moreover, please note, re:

Typical IRS Policy - Some refunds will be delayed in the forthcoming Tax Season inasmuch as new IRS Regulations dictate that those Taxpayers claiming the Earned Income Credit will Not Be Issued their refunds before February 15, 2017. I cannot Circumvent these new IRS Guidelines, and neither can any other Tax Preparation Business throughout America. Regulations are Regulations apply to ALL U.S. Please see my Credentials as follows, and I hope to see you soon in the rapidly Forthcoming 2017 Income Tax Season:

Income tax preparation services by an income tax professional and former Revenue Agent, with over 29 years of experience. I continually keep abreast of all tax law changes and I guarantee to provide you the maximum refund allowable by law. Fees start at $39.50 for 1040EZ Forms, including Pennsylvania and local tax returns. This fee also includes electronic filing service. Please mention "craigslist" to acquire that special rate. These forms are for single or married individuals with earnings only, and without children or any additional tax factors. I also prepare returns including 1040A forms (families with children, retirement distributions, etc), 1040 long forms, small business, in-home businesses, Partnerships, C and S Corporations, and LLC's. Additionally, I prepare Non-Profit Corporation returns, as well as Fiduciary returns (990 Form and 1041 Form). For the latter types of forms, my fees vary dependent on the complexity of your return. Most 1040A and 1040 Long Forms run between $80.00 and $100.00, including state and local tax preparation and including efiling service. The Electronic Filing services are the preferred method of filing. You will generally receive your refund within 8-14 days with a Direct Deposit. I have been an authorized Agent by the IRS since 1993 in the provision of Electronic Filing services, and I am currently a Licensed Tax Preparer with the Internal Revenue Service.. My fees are usually half or less than half of the fees of those large national tax firms, plus I have much more experience than the majority of their tax preparers. Please note that many of their employees are hired after simply completing a three month crash course in tax preparation. Would you want someone with minimal tax knowledge and effectively no experience preparing your income tax returns? Don't listen to the hype of those national firms as they typically prey on the taxpayers with what often turns out to be empty promises, and they charge exorbitantly excessive prices for the degree of work they perform. They will draw you in with the ads promoting "free" tax preparation, only to find out you still have to pay for the state and local tax return preparation. Also, some ads say that only the EZ returns are free. A large majority of taxpayers don't qualify for the EZ Form, but once they get you in the door, they will attempt to switch you to a more complex return which, of course, you will have to pay for. Those high fees are actually your hard earned money. My office is located in Western Lancaster County, near Mount Joy, however, I accept clients from any part of the county, plus York, Dauphin, Lebanon, Berks, and any county within the Commonwealth. I prepare out-of-state returns as well. My office hours are mornings through evenings, seven days per week, with the exception of Sunday mornings. I am also available year round in the event you would need additional services after tax season, or for 1040 extensions. Try and find those "other guys" after April 15th. Your income taxes are prepared while you wait, or you may simply drop them off at my office. I provide professional, personalized service to all clients. My clientele return rate year over year is substantially higher than the large firms. If you are interested in my services, please call Doug at (717) 653-0745 to set up an appointment, or you may respond directly to the link in this advertisement. References are available upon request. Thank you very much and I hope to hear from you soon. Doug

: Most tax refunds are issued within 21 days, but there are many reasons why the IRS may hold your refund. Keep an eye on the mail for a letter or notice from the IRS saying there’s a problem with your tax return or that your refund will be delayed. https://ow.ly/un8750Yxxul

However, on the other hand, although F.E.M.A. is being tremendously downsized and probably soon to be eliminated, meaning that those of you who have suffered a loss as a result of a major or historic weather-related event, FEMA will most likely no longer be there to assist you, however, at least we still have the IRS who is extending a helping hand, if that's any consolation, but only through the next Groundhog Day, regardless what Punxsutawney Phil predicts on that day... extended to February 2nd, 2026....

Also, as a Professional Tax Accountant and Tax Preparer, I feel that this is critical for homeowners who had planned to install energy-efficient windows, doors, garage doors, insulation, roofs, heat pumps, a/c units, wind or geo-thermal heating units, etc., or who had planned to purchase a new or nearly news Electric Vehicle in the near future, well, all of those generous Tax Credits which have been available to you for decades, ARE NOW GONE.

My advice to you folks is GET THAT DONE Immediately because after this year, those Energy-Efficient Credits WILL BE HISTORY.

In fact, ANYTHING Energy Efficient related, IS HISTORY, PERIOD...

On the other hand, if you're a Millionaire, Billionaire, Multi-millionaire, Multi-billionaire, or a CEO of an Oil or Gasoline Mega-company, you're in great shape...

Everyone else, May God Be With You...

"The "One Big Beautiful Bill Act" has eliminated several energy-efficient credits, including the electric vehicle credits, the hydrogen production credit, and the energy-efficient home improvement credit. These changes are part of a broader effort to scale back clean energy tax credits under the Inflation Reduction Act. The bill's provisions include accelerated phaseouts and restrictions on foreign entities receiving certain credits. The impact of these changes on consumers and businesses is significant, as they will need to adjust their investment strategies and financial planning to account for the loss of these tax credits."

NewHomeSource reports that key homeowner tax breaks will expire on December 31, 2025, potentially leading to higher taxes and home prices.

As a Professional Tax Accountant and Tax Preparer, I feel that this is critical for Seniors and the Disabled to know:

"When Trump campaigned on the idea of eliminating the taxation of Social Security benefits, which would allow select recipients to hang onto more of the benefits they receive, his idea garnered overwhelming support from current retirees. But with Trump’s One, Big, Beautiful Bill working its way through Congress, it’s become clear that the president’s vow to shelve the taxation of benefits has been broken and replaced by a concession instead."

Although Donald Trump didn't hold up his end of the bargain by eliminating the taxation of benefits, select retirees are still on track to qualify for a beefed-up (but temporary) deduction in The One, Big, Beautiful Bill.

Brilliance! Absolute brilliance!!! (Hey, IRS! You're Fired!!!)

Smack in the middle of tax season, let's fire/layoff thousands of IRS employees, especially the ones who process most of America's tax refunds. namely, those at the Kansas City, Missouri, IRS Processing Center.

So, when you cry to the IRS, "Where's My Refund?", they're gonna say,

"Hey, there's nobody here to process your refund. We're going to keep it. You should have thought of that before you went to work. Didn't you see the memo? We're the nation where nobody works anymore because we're all getting fired. But go ahead! Keep, paying your taxes. We'll take it! But you're never getting anything back"

Now, if that ain't a brilliant way to pay off our national debt, then I don't know what is...

Union representatives said they don’t know how many people will be laid off at Kansas City’s IRS branch.

It appears that our current president, Donald Trump, is firing every other federal worker in Washington D.C., including getting rid of thousands of IRS employees right in the middle of tax season, a move that will inevitably delay all tax refunds throughout America ... including yours
