The San Luis Obispo Coastal Association of REALTORS® encompasses over 700 Realtors® and roughly 200 different offices. In addition, we have more than 50 Affiliated Vendors, representing various related professions such as title companies, lenders, and home inspection services. Our REALTORS® participate in the California Regional Multiple Listing Service (CRMLS), a database reaching approximately 1
43,000 participants. The San Luis Obispo Coastal Association of REALTORS® is an organization dedicated to the betterment of its members and the communities they serve. One example of this is our REALTOR® Foundation fundraising efforts. Every penny we collect is donated to local schools, causes, and charities. Above all, the San Luis Obispo Coastal Association of REALTORS® and its members are truly committed to promoting a sense of community throughout the areas in which they live and work.
