Let's look at Market Watch for Santa Clara County from the MLSListing Pro.

New Listings have increased from (203) to (207)
Pending Listings have increased from (147) to (150)
Sold Listing have decreased from (281) to (157)
List Price Decreased has decreased from (91) to (80)

The real estate market is presenting a mix of trends, as the number of closed sales has decreased from 281 to 157. However, the number of Pending listings has increased slightly from 147 to 150. Real Estate is still the best and strongest investment you can make. If you have any questions or are looking for an agent I'd be happy to assist you in this or any other market.
