What an honor it has been to represent such a beautiful family. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of not only serving them as their Realtor but also calling them dear friends.

Before your 1-year builder warranty expires, make sure you schedule your 11-month warranty inspection. This is one of the most overlooked steps after buying a new home, and it could save you thousands.

Over time, homes naturally settle, and issues may begin to show up like:
