We have noticed in the Memphis area, that immigration is picking up undocumented people from jail on domestic violence cases.

If you call the police because of a domestic issue, the police are required to arrest someone.

And then immigration is picking them up, most of the time, once they try to bond out.

Please notify an attorney for immigration and criminal to help assess the situation.

The cases become extremely challenging once immigration gets involved.

This event will be held on Saturday, March 2, 2024 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and is designed to assist individuals in navigating the process of expunging eligible criminal records, thereby offering a fresh start and new opportunities.
