This sale was also part of a 1031 exchange, so timing and coordination really mattered from start to finish. Since my sellers weren’t local, a big part of my role became being their boots on the ground throughout the process. From coordinating repairs and meeting vendors to opening the property for contractors and helping manage details from afar, my goal was to make things feel as smooth and stress-free as possible for them.

From the moment I met Isabel and Chris, I knew this was going to be such a special journey. Spending time together, their positivity and energy were absolutely contagious, and somewhere along the way, clients quickly became friends. 🤍

Like many home journeys, we had a few bumps in the road, including a home that fell out of contract, and this one had its ups and downs, too. But through it all, we stayed positive, trusted the process, and worked together as a team.
