It is my extreme pleasure to officially introduce you to Laya Schneider our new Agent Services Coordinator. Laya has over 15 years of administrative support, office management, and business ownership experience. Her expierence at a brokerage in Petaluma, where she worked at the front desk and supported about 50 agents makes her the ideal person for the role. She enjoys the fast pace and community of real estate and describes it as her first passion.

Laya moved to Southern Oregon about a year ago with her family. She likes helping others, and she loves Canva and uses Gemini.

She is already making a difference in our Market Center.
