We’re proud to spotlight one of our newest team members who has already made such a meaningful impact. Her determination, positive attitude, and incredible work ethic truly make her the sunshine of our office.

She recently completed her Certified Electronic Reporter course at Arkansas State University in record time—an impressive achievement that speaks volumes about her dedication. She will be taking the test for this certification on May 25th.

She’s also a dedicated single mom to three young men, with her youngest still at home—making her accomplishments even more inspiring.

And she’s just getting started! This May, she will begin her journey at the International Realtime Court Reporting Institute to pursue her goal of becoming a full-fledged voice writer/certified court reporter.

We couldn’t be more excited to support her as she continues to grow and succeed. The future is bright for Brittney Bradley.

Congratulations to Haley Pruitt for receiving her Certified Deposition Video Specialist certificate. I hired Haley two-and-a-half years ago and have worked closely with her, and I can honestly say she has become someone I rely on daily. She handles our legal videography, transcript preparation, and helps me with the training of new scopists, and she does all of it with a level of care that is hard to find.
Legal work leaves very little room for mistakes, yet Haley consistently produces accurate, well-prepared transcripts and professional deposition video records. Attorneys are comfortable working with her, and witnesses tend to relax quickly because of her calm and respectful manner.
What means the most to me, however, is her character. Haley is dependable, teachable, and she genuinely cares about doing the job right. When training new scopists, she is patient and encouraging, and she wants others to succeed — not just get the task done. Haley does not cut corners, she communicates well, and I never have to wonder whether something was handled properly.
Haley has taken ownership of her role and has strengthened our team in a very real way. I trust her work and her judgment, and all of us at Seaton Court Reporting love having her on our team. Congratulations, Haley, and thank you for always striving for perfection. ❤️

Hey, ya'll. I just want to give thanks for this gal right here and what God has and is doing in her life. Melissa was one of my very first hires in Arkansas. I hired her in 2022 as a scopist editing transcripts while in her last six months of recovery. She has been an invaluable part of our team and we just love her so much. She wasn't sure what direction God had for her to go when she came to work for me, but she soon found a path she wanted to pursue. The desire to help other women who battle with addiction was placed inside her and she started studying and taking courses needed to become a Peer Specialist. I am so blessed to be a part of this young woman's journey. Today she took her Peer Specialist's certification test and PASSED!! Congratulations, Melissa, on this huge acheivment. She's not stopping there. She is continuing on to receive her national certification, all while continuing to work at SCR. I know one day, she'll have to say goodbye to this job, but my loss will be a huge gain for those in recovery seeking a new life! CONGRATULATIONS, Melissa. You did it, girl!! So proud.

I just want to highlight this amazing woman! Shana Douglas takes her job seriously and shows the utmost respect to those she works with. She started out as a transcript scopist while at the same time she was in legal videography school. Upon completing that and getting her certificate, she was eager to learn even more. She stepped in to learn some of my manager’s duties which earned her a promotion to Assistant Manager of the office and Manager of the video department. Do not sell this woman short. If there’s a ladder to climb, she is going to scale it not climb it!!! Thank you Shana for your commitment to your job and being such a great asset to this company!
