This sale was especially meaningful. The seller, acting as trustee for his sister, poured his heart into preparing her home for the market so the proceeds could go toward her care in assisted living. It was one of the most selfless acts I have witnessed in real estate.

He invited me in early to give recommendations, and then he got to work. A new roof, repaired siding, fresh paint, new flooring, and updated ceiling fans were just a few of the upgrades. We were conservative in the choices, focusing only on improvements that would give the best return on investment, add to the marketability, and increase the value. Personal touches were intentionally left for the future buyer, ensuring money was spent wisely and not in vain.

This was the second time I had the honor of helping this client, and that repeat trust is one of the greatest compliments I can receive.

When our out of state buyer saw this home, we knew it was the one and we had to move quickly! We did a virtual showing with them on FaceTime, communicated with the listing agent, and put in an offer ASAP!

There were multiple offers, but thanks to our strong offer and even stronger communication, we secured the home for our client!

We had some unforeseen issues come up during inspection, but we believe that EVERYTHING can be worked out! We negotiated with the seller and reached a solution that everyone was happy with, all while ensuring we still closed on time!
