This place is a must try! Excellent! And too notch service… everyone spoke to us and checked on us during our meal. If you know me you know I am a Brunch Girlie! We normally shoot over to Reveille but this place gives them a run for their money… y’all if you want to venture out alittle bit go with an empty tummy and enjoy. I can’t wait to go back and try a more Lunchie item… I am thinking Shrimp and Grits…. Have you been? If so what should I try next?

How does a Buyer’s agent get paid? Great question. The Buyer’s Agent gets paid in one of three ways: 1. Seller offers full compensation 2. Buyer and Seller split compensation 3. Buyer pays their agent if no compensation is offered by the seller. Agent compensation is negotiable just like other contract terms. Noone gets paid until the Buyer comes to the table with the closing funds and usually they are already stretched for closing funds; so, it does benefit the seller to plan to pay the compensation from their funds.
